Canadian Off-Grid Depot provided everything I needed to power my off-grid cabin — a project that would have required Hydro-Québec to clear over 75,000 square feet of forest. With Brandon and Ryan’s guidance, I designed and built a complete solar energy system featuring two solar tracking towers, one EG4 6000XP inverter, and a 14.3 kWh lithium battery bank, complemented by a 15 kW generator managed by an EG4 chargeverter connected to generator through a dry port. Throughout the installation, I reached out a few times for technical support, and each time the team responded quickly and knowledgeably. Their assistance allowed me to complete the setup smoothly and confidently. I was installing an eg4 6000xp and attempting to connect the dongle for Wi-Fi connection. I had followed the necessary steps repeatedly to no avail. Ryan and Brendan went over the top to assist with on phone, text messages, videos and had been in contact with eg4 tech experts to resolve the issue, even providing a direct line phone number for the eg4 tech exec. Brendan ultimately suggested uninstalling, then reinstalling the eg4 app and after several days of frustration, Eureka!!! it turned out to be the key to successful connection of the inverter!! Five Stars to Ryan and Branden for their perseveration and resolution to this matter!! Thanks again!!
