We bought an eg4 12k solar mini split and solar panels for our off grid cottage in July of 2023. During the purchasing process, Ryan was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We got a great deal compared to other dealers. During our second season , we encountered a problem. Ryan , stepped up for us. He helped us troubleshoot the problem , interacted with the manufacturer engineering team on our behalf, and supplied us with necessary parts to resolve our problem at no charge. Ryan provided us with an instructional video, so we could install the power board ourselves. Today, 3 seasons later, our eg4 12k solar mini split continues to perform flawlessly. Keeping us cool on the hot days and warm on the cool days. We are planning a porch addition to our cottage, and will definitely be buying from Ryan again. Excellent sales , service and support. 5 stars.

Canadian Off Grid Depot is beyond excellent, I personally own two business and strive to exceed customers expectations, I can honestly say that this company sets the standard of excellence, they reply immediately to e-mails or phone calls, answers all questions, no high pressure sales and actually had the best price on comparable products. Working with Ryan and his team reminds me of the good ol' days when you could call a business and not only do real actual people answer the phone, but they know exactly what they are doing. On multiple occasions, they have helped our team in British Columbia get what we need, when we need it and have found solutions to make it happen. Would give 7 stars if I could.

Great people to deal with, my installer broke a small piece in our composting toilet. I sent Ryan a pic of the part and they sent me a new one. The best part it was free, great customer service. If we need anything else they will be the first person we call.

Extremely impressed! They went above and beyond to accommodate me, even allowing off-hours pickup. Very friendly and helpful - I would highly recommend and definitely use them again.

These guys are the best! They got my vent kit delivered to me in 3 days across Canada. They also had the best price. Awesome service! A+++
