Bunkie Life is Canadian owned and operated by David Fraser and his family based out of Rockwood Ontario. Bunkie Life bunkie kits come with all the material you need to build a bunkie. Where is your showroom located?

We’re located at: 4855 Union Rd, Beamsville, ON L3J 0T8

While we do have a physical showroom and warehouse, not all products are stocked on-site. Always check the website for availability before planning a visit or pickup.

What types of customers do you support?

Everyone from total beginners to pros. Whether you’re just starting out or building a full off-grid setup, we’re here to help.

Shipping & Pickup

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery timelines vary by region:

Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days
Western Canada: 4–7 business days
Atlantic Canada: 4–8 business days
Remote areas: Contact us to confirm

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. For freight shipments, the terminal will contact you directly for pickup or delivery coordination.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Certain products like Unique Appliances and some EG4 items ship free to the nearest terminal (not direct to your door).

Can I pick up my order instead?

Absolutely.

Pickup is available at our Beamsville showroom/warehouse at 4855 Union Rd, Beamsville, ON L3J 0T8.

Note: not all items are stocked here.

Some products are made on demand (like PV wire and dual fuel regulators), and GTA pickups or remote warehouse pickups typically need 48 hours notice.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship internationally via courier. Freight items (like pallets) cannot be shipped outside Canada.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted on most items. Some exclusions apply for custom orders. Restocking fees may apply. Full details are on our Returns Page.

Are your website prices accurate and final?

Yes. All sales are final. Our prices reflect current costs, including ongoing tariffs, import fees, and supplier increases.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing is available through PayPlan by RBC.

Support

What kind of support do you offer after purchase?

We provide phone and email troubleshooting, help with warranty claims, and referrals to authorized installers. Please have your order number ready when reaching out.

Do you install systems?

We don’t install directly, but we work with a network of authorized installers across Canada. Contact ryan@canadianoffgriddepot.com if you’d like a referral.
