The SolarEdge Smart EV Charger with cable is a Wi-Fi enabled, level 2 charging station with up to 40A (9.6kW) charging power. This Smart EV Charging station gives the user full charging control including remote activation, smart scheduling for use with TOU rates, track charging status, and LED charging status. Designed as a plug-in unit, it can be easily modified to support hardwired installations and is rated for indoor or outdoor use. Suitable for use with or without a SolarEdge PV system. If the homeowner chooses to connect it to a SolarEdge inverter, they will benefit from optimized EV charging with 100 percent renewable energy by using excess-solar mode.
